Payment failed but money was deducted
What to do when your bank shows a debit.
This usually happens when the bank confirmation is delayed.
If the order did not complete, the amount is normally reversed automatically in 5 to 7 working days.
If it is not reversed after that, contact support with your payment ID and bank reference.
